ABOUT US

Crown J Cattle Company is proudly owned by Jim Roberts and Rhonda Cross. Various other family members share in the day to day operations.

We are dedicated to our breeding program which has year after year brought us immense joy with each new calf and each new purchase.  Owning these beautiful cattle, meeting many wonderful breeders, sharing thoughts, ideas, and cow stories etc. has enriched our lives in many ways. Day to day stresses from our professional lives seem to go away when we are with the cattle. We’ve noticed when we are out with the cows they may not know what we are saying, but they always have an ear cocked our way listening to everything we say. (Funny thing though, we can’t always say that about the kids)

Rhonda is the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Security at Remington Park Race Track in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also presently studying for her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.  She is also President of The Sky’s the Limit Ranch, a 501C3 organization dedicated to helping people with various physical impairments through "Hippo therapy". This is a revolutionary medical science using the motion of a horse to treat many physical problems. (Click on the "Hippo therapy" link in the main menu to see more). Jim is a Project Superintendent for Cooper Medical Buildings Inc. also of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma building hospitals, surgery centers and all other types of medical facilities across the United States. He also Chairman of the Board for the Sky’s the Limit Ranch as well.  Please check out the "Links" menu, click on "Hippo therapy" or "Cooper Medical Buildings Inc." If we can be of any assistance to you in either of these areas please let us know.
